Bean cake

Ingredients

Bean flour                                        1cupheaped

Hot water (not boiling)                  1cup level

Dry shombo/pepper                        1tablespoon

Seasoning cube                                ½

Salt                                                  ¼ teaspoon

Onion                                               ½ small

Egg                                                            1(big)

Groundnut oil                                  1litre (for frying)

Cooking Guidelines :

  • Mix bean flour with the hot water to form a thick paste.
  • Mix properly to avoid lumps.
  • Add onion, dry/fresh-pepper, salt, egg and seasoning cube, and mix thoroughly.
  • Grease cake pans generously with oil.
  • Scoop mixture into cupcake pans and bake for 15-18 mins
