Bean flour 1cupheaped
Hot water (not boiling) 1cup level
Dry shombo/pepper 1tablespoon
Seasoning cube ½
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Onion ½ small
Groundnut oil 1litre (for frying)
Cooking Guidelines :
- Mix bean flour with the hot water to form a thick paste.
- Mix properly to avoid lumps.
- Add onion, dry/fresh-pepper, salt, egg and seasoning cube, and mix thoroughly.
- Grease cake pans generously with oil.
- Scoop mixture into cupcake pans and bake for 15-18 mins
