Rice and Bean Pottage


Rice flour                                              1½ cup

Bean flou                                              1 cup 

Oil (palm or olive)                                4 tablespoons

Seasoning cubes                                1 cube

Salt                                                        1 ½

Dry pepper                                            1 ½

Tomato sauce                                      3 tablespoons

Crayfish powder                                    2 tablespoons  (omit for 6mnths – 1yr).

Water                                                     3 cups  (hot)

Cooking Guidelines

  • Add hot water to flour
  • Add other ingredients and mix properly.
  • Scoop mixture with into desired moi-moi plates
  • Cook mixture in a pot, containing
  • Allow to cook for 30-45mins .
  • Serve with.  “Cncsmartfoods  guinea corn or millet pap.
